- Payments are made in stages.
- You’ll pay a booking amount (₹25,000 or 10% of the project value), followed by interim payments during the design process.
- After finalizing the design, 50% of the total is required to confirm the order.
- And the full amount must be paid within 3 days of material dispatch. For loose furniture, full payment is needed at the time of order confirmation.
- This quotation is an estimate based on your discussion with
the authorized SYS Prism Interiors representative and it is valid for 30 days from the date of its generation. Price changes will be applied, if applicable, in case the order is raised after 30 days. - The precise price of the project depends on final scope of work, site measurements, material finishes and design changes, if any. Kindly expect the quote value to change by approximately 5-10%. However, in the case of customization and any additional scope added later on, the final quote value might substantially change from the initial quote value.
- We don’t accept any order below INR 1,00,000.
- SYS Prism Interiors accepts online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and bank transfers (contact your designer for links). A 2% gateway fee applies on card payments, which can be avoided using NEFT or UPI.
- Offline payments can be made via cheques (in favor of Home Interior Designs E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd.) or cash — up to ₹49,999 without PAN and ₹1,99,999 with PAN.
- EMI options are also available through partner banks and NBFCs, subject to approval. SYS Prism Interiors only facilitates financing and is not liable for any related disputes.
- At SYS Prism Interiors, We endeavour to provide every customer with the best experience. We do not have provisions for cancellations once booked.
- Exceptional cases, if any, will be at the sole discretion of SYS Prism Interiors
Confirmed move-in-date* (delivery) is calculated from the date of completion of the below activities (Full Order Confirmation Date):
- Designs are signed off by customer and SYS Prism Interiors
- 50% milestone payment is paid in full
- Site is handed over by customer to SYS Prism Interiors to start the work
SYS Prism Interiors offers a flat 10-year warranty on modular and semi-modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage, hardware, and accessories. This includes 100% free replacement for cabinets, shutters, drawers, panels, hardware, and accessories during the warranty period.
